1 Learn the concept
The ABC strategy helps you identify the best posts for your audience and engage with them. It is a simple way to balance your posting so that you provide value, build relationships and sometimes promote. This lesson explains how to select posts using the ABC approach and track what works.
2 See it in action
- Choose three kinds of posts and label them so you can balance them.
- Make sure most posts help, inform or entertain.
- Use promotional posts sparingly.
- Review results to see which type your audience prefers.
Worked example
A month of labeled posts
Label every post as A, B or C before you publish.
Count replies after a month: A got 84, B got 46 and C got 21.
Decision: keep the balance but move one promotion post to a tip post each week.
Check: rerun the count the next month to see whether the change helped.
3 Study an example
Example scenario
