How much does it cost?
There are two memberships. Quarterly is $997 USD for 1 intern at 10 hours a week over 3 months (120 hours). Annual is $2,497 USD for 4 interns at 10 hours a week, each over 3 months (480 hours). Annual is our most flexible and popular option: start each apprenticeship whenever you like, even overlapping.
Where do interns come from and what is their background?
Interns come from around the world, with a large share in the US and Canada. You can request a preferred location. Acadium finds talent through LinkedIn, academic institutions, online forms and social media. They may be students, recent graduates or career changers who are passionate about marketing and serious about a career in the field.
What if the intern is not up to par or cannot finish the 3 months?
You can request a new match at any time. Contact us at any time through the contact form.
Can I hire my intern after the 3 months?
Yes. You can hire them full-time, part-time or on contract. Acadium charges no finder’s fees, which can run to a few thousand dollars elsewhere.
How much training do I need to provide?
Your intern works 10 hours a week for you and needs 1 to 2 hours of mentorship and guidance. As with any new team member, you provide direction, tasks and feedback. Interns are not marketing professionals, but they are eager to learn and can bring real value.
How does the matching process work?
First create a business profile. Then choose and pay for a membership (quarterly or annual). Finally fill out a request for an intern with the tasks, skills and location you want. Our matching team then hand-selects potential matches.

Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining as an intern is always free.
How long does an apprenticeship last?
Three months at about ten hours a week, fully remote.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. You receive an accredited certificate you can add to your LinkedIn profile and CV.
Do I need prior experience?
No. Interns include students, recent graduates and people changing careers who want to build a career in marketing.
